Sumy is one of the first cities that met the invaders, but at that time there was no army or even police, so the city was defended by ordinary people who were formed into a ground defense, not having normal weapons or equipment. In particular, the art work contains elements of an Adidas tracksuit, it is not about the “bad 90s” in Sumy, it is about the fact that defenders often did not have military equipment and defended the city in civilian clothes, often without helmets or body armor.
